Each new day is an opportunity for us to be our full potential – joyful, centered, compassionate and loving. Here are 5 Life Mastery tips to help you have a stress free and mindful day.
#1 – As you awaken in the morning sit quietly and establish a sense of calm centeredness in your being. Do this by connecting with your breath and feel your body becoming alive with the life-force energy contained within each breath.
#2 – Take a few more minutes to visualize your day flowing beautifully. Picture yourself centered and peaceful while engaging in the activities on your to-do list.
#3 – Listen to some relaxing and inspiring music while driving to work, or wherever you may need to go. Breath deeply with the music along your drive, to help keep your centered connection flowing.
#4 – Whenever you feel stress or resistance showing up within yourself immediately take some mindful breaths. Breathe deeply and then release the stress. See the stress as grey smoke leaving your body and mind as you breath out. You can also exaggerate any tension you may be feeling in your body by tightening it up a little more, and then consciously relax your muscles.
#5 – Before you go to sleep at night let go of all of the worries and cares of the day. Use mindful and calming breaths so that you can enter into a relaxed state before you drop off into sleep. This will help you to rest deeply throughout the night and wake up feeling rejuvenated and ready to begin anew.
