Great day today! Had an awesome Satori Sport workout, a wonderful meditation, got one of my favorite smoothies – the muscle mania at People’s Pharmacy, worked on my goals journal and then hit the town looking for body fat monitors, scales and a tape measure. (I’m having a fitness evaluation on October 4th for all of my students in Austin who want to go for the 60-Day Holiday Fitness Challenge).
My day was focused on improving myself, physically, mentally and spiritually and then helping improve the quality of others lives. I love that!
You see I really care about people’s results while on my Satori program, so I try to set a great example and dedicate the rest of my time creating ways to help others reach their goals. One thing I know for certain is that it takes clarity, focus and discipline to go beyond old habits and limitations. Mindset is EVERYTHING. Sure you have to train hard and be consistent, but without clarity, focus and a strong inner drive IT ain’t going to happen. Whatever it is that someone wants to achieve, dropping the extra weight, getting the hot bod, finally relaxing back into the moment, or getting clear on their Big Picture goals … I want to make sure I’m offering powerful tools to help them get there.
The 60-Day Challenge is all about mindset; a Black Belt Mindset, and that is a very powerful tool. I’ll post about BBM next time :-} At the start of the challenge students will measure their before and after measurements for body fat, weight, muscle mass, blood pressure, lung capacity, flexibility, strength and a few other things. I will encourage them to stay on track by attending the Satori Method classes and really go for it over 60 days. If they do they will see profound results! Results build confidence and boost motivation. That motivation is then focused upon a new goal. All goals should feel like a challenge or they aren’t worthy of you!
So what are you going to go for over the next 60-days? If you live in Austin you can join us on October 4th at 1:30pm for the Fitness Evaluation (5000 Bee Cave Road, Suite 210 in Westlake). If you don’t live here keep your eye on SatoriMethod.com and you can go through one of our first online challenges … just as soon as we’re up and running.
Dare something worthy!
Tristan
