I sincerely apologize for the lack of presence at my blog – i-Grasshopper and our latest social media sites (the i-Grasshopper Fan Page and our Satori Method Community) have required ALL of my focus until recently.
As you know I LOVE to share about and practice the best mind-body-spirit tools I can find. Two of my favorite tools are affirmations and visualization. However I have noticed that many people have difficulty finding the time and really understanding how to get amazing benefits from these practices. So I decided to make things easier … I created Affirm-Visions™ with my wife Sabrina and our new business partner John Assaraf, from the hit book and movie The Secret.
